I’m a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete and coach based in Delft, the Netherlands. I began my BJJ journey in 2015 at my home gym, BJJ Delft, and have been training and competing full- time since. I received my black belt in BJJ in 2024 and have participated in numerous national and international tournaments over the years, including medalling at IBJJF, AJP, Grappling Industries and the Dutch Open (NK).

Currently, besides private classes, I teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at BJJ Delft, at Emerge BJJ and I serve as an instructor at the International School Delft. Additionally, I lead introductory courses at various gyms and am dedicated to supporting individuals with PTSD, using Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a therapeutic tool to aid in their recovery.
